Ildiko Ran currently works as a psychotherapist.

Recently Ildiko has shifted her practice from homeopathy to psychotherapy and while still occasionally takes clients whome she solely sees for homeopathy, her current focus is on treatment that does not involve homeopathic remedies.

Below is the information about Ildiko's path as a homeopathic practitioner.  

Ildiko studied homeopathy at The School of Homeopathy, Devon, England (1998-2000) and at the New England School of Homeopathy in Amherst, MA (1997-2000). Both of these schools run courses for the serious student of homeopathy with the goal of engaging in professional practice. Ildiko got certified by the Council for Homeopathy, the main certifying board in the US, in 2002. From 1998 Ildiko also followed the work of Rajan Sankaran, Indian homeopath, whose revolutionary ideas reformed modern homeopathy. Ildiko's work in the Sensation method, taught by Dr Sankaran, culminated in publishing her book on the Sensation method. Ildiko has a Masters degree in Clinical Psychology and is currently working towards her licensure as a marriage and family therapist (MFT). She also studied with the Massachusetts Midwives Alliance at their basic midwifery course in 1998. She received her diploma in nutrition at the American Health Science University in 2002. Ildiko is fluent in English, Hebrew, Hungarian and Russian.

She lives with her family in Palo Alto, CA and runs her private practice in Los Altos. Ildiko enjoyed being a classical homeopath for thirteen years and considers the current shift in her practice a broadening and deepening process and believes that she serves her clients to the best of her ability.
